My
Background

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, business design, and communication.

I studied sociology and social policy at the University of Victoria and the University of Leeds, which shaped how I understand systems—why people do what they do, and how structures shape behavior.

Before launching my own agency in 2017, I worked as a brand and marketing manager for international organizations, government initiatives, and private enterprises. That experience showed me that results didn’t just come from great creative work—they came from clear thinking and repeatable systems.

Over time, I began studying psychology, coaching, and business development to bridge that gap. The result was Niche: a thinking system that helps organizations see themselves clearly, align around purpose, and move forward with confidence.
